You can expect us to be open; you can ask questions about anything you wish.  We are proud of our sterilization and cleanliness standards.  We protect your privacy with our secure computer network and policies. 

You can expect us to know who we might refer you to.  Our dental laboratory and other dental specialists have been chosen carefully to give you the kind of service and results you’ve come to expect in our office.

You can expect us to be thorough.  We will examine the details so we can help you choose the right treatment.  Most people tell us they have never had so thorough a dental exam as they do with us.

You can expect us to be organized.  We won’t just collect data;  Dr. Carstensen, in consult with you, the dental hygienist, and, if needed, other dental and medical specialists, will help you create a Master Plan for Dental Health.

You can expect us to consider your entire health.  We’ll check your blood pressure at your first visit, when you see the hygienist, and any time you want us to.  We have found many patients with untreated high blood pressure that threatens their health!

You can expect us to tell you as many details as you want to know or need to make choices appropriate to you.  Even if you don’t need to know all the details, won’t it be a good feeling knowing Dr. Carstensen has studied them?

Dr. Carstensen will look into the stress on your teeth.
